This is your final reminder, there will be NO IT SUPPORT over the Christmas holidays. Any tickets sent between the 18th December 2020 and 4th January 2021, will be picked up when we return to school. With this in mind please make sure you have changed your password in the last 4 weeks.
Please follow the steps below to change your school password if you haven't already changed your password in the last few weeks;
Students still in school with access to a computer
Please log in to a computer, press ctrl, alt and delete and reset password.
Students not in school or don’t have access to a computer whilst in school
Please email helpdesk@bluecoatschool.org.uk before Thursday 17th December, with your school username and an alternative email address (your personal email address) to send your new password to. Passwords can not be reset without the information requested.
