Please follow the steps below to change your passwords if you haven't already changed your password in the last few weeks;
Students still in school with access to a computer
Please log in to a computer, press ctrl, alt and delete and reset password.
Students not in school or don’t have access to a computer whilst in school
Please email helpdesk@bluecoatschool.org.uk with your username and an alternative email address to send your new password to.
It is important that this is done before we finish for Christmas as there will be NO IT support from 18th December 2020 – 4th January 2021
