Just a reminder of the process of requesting support from IT;

  • All IT issues should be reported to helpdesk@bluecoatschool.org.uk
  • The helpdesk is monitored between 8 am-4:30 pm Monday to Friday, and there will not be a response to any tickets outside of these hours
  • There is no need to send multiple tickets you just need to be patient
  • Students should not email IT staff, directly, all requests need to go via the helpdesk.

Password Resets

If you need to reset your VLE/email/Edulink/Kerboodle password you should email the helpdesk and include the information below, if you do not provide this information the password cannot be reset and the ticket will just be closed:

  • your full name & school username
  • an alternative email address (this cannot be your school email address)

Your new password will be sent to the email address provided so please make sure that you spell the email address correctly.
