If you are unable to login during the holidays contact helpdesk@bluecoatschool.org.uk with your full name, username and an alternative email address for a password reset. 
Password Resets during the holidays are only available at the following times Monday - Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm. (If you can login to your school e-mail your VLE password is the exact same). If you can no longer login to your school email, you can still email helpdesk from an alternative email address- be sure to provide as much information as possible (username, issue etc)
During regular school times please see ICT Support.

Please Note that there will be no ICT Support on Monday 27th May OR Friday 31st May 2019
