Dear all students,

Please see below information that has been sent out numerous times during lockdown on what to do should you need a password reset;

  1. email helpdesk@bluecoatschool.org.uk (this account is monitored Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm)
  2. include your school username AND an alternative email address (this cannot be your school email address)

Password resets will not be done without this information. Any tickets without the information requested will not be responded to.

One ticket should be sent – there is no need to send multiple tickets for the same issue - you will not get a response any quicker.

Please note passwords set by the IT team cannot be changed by students until they return to school.                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

Thanks
