The IT help desk is now back up and running, and will be monitored 8.30 am to 4.00 pm Monday-Friday 

Please can you send any IT issues to helpdesk@bluecoatschool.org.uk with your full name, username and an alternative email address for a password reset. 

(If you can login to your school e-mail your VLE password is the exact same).

If you can no longer login to your school email, you can still email helpdesk from an alternative email address- be sure to provide as much information as possible (username, issue etc)
