If you are unable to login during the holidays contact email@example.com with your full name, username and form for a password reset.
Password Resets during the holidays are only available at the following times Monday - Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm. (If you can login to your school e-mail your VLE password is the exact same). If you can no longer login to your school email, you can still email helpdesk from an alternative email address- be sure to provide as much information as possible (username, issue etc)
